Holding on to his shoulder, Ohtani sprinted to second and nearly made it when Mookie Betts hit into a fielder’s choice. A healthy Ohtani would have likely reached the base with no problem, but the Dodgers’ superstar is not in top form right now. That will remain something to watch the rest of the series, however long it lasts.
