Game 2 world series
Worldle is a geographic spin-off of Wordle created by 31-year-old game developer Antoine Theuf. At first, users were confused by the similarity of the names of the games, but in fact they are very different microgaming casino slots. The main difference between the two is that in Worldle, players must target countries rather than words. Interestingly, the “father” of Worldle is not well versed in geography, and in his work he was inspired by Wordle and GeoGuessr. After launching in January 2022, Worldle quickly went viral with thousands of users playing Worldle every day. Territory silhouettes are updated every day in Worldle from OpenSource maps and a standardized set of country codes created by the International Organization for Standardization, so you can improve your geographic skills every day in this game!
Worldguessr exploration goes beyond simple gameplay, offering an engaging way to enrich your geographic knowledge. Choose from hundreds of community-created maps tailored to different regions and themes, allowing you to travel from bustling metropolises to remote wildernesses. With unlimited rounds and a variety of challenges, you can play at your own pace or jump into multiplayer modes, where you’ll compete with friends or players worldwide.
The Organiser Agreement for TWG 2025 was signed by the Mayor of Chengdu, Mr Luo Qiang in 2019, in Gold Coast, Australia. The Vice President of IOC and the Chinese Olympic Committee, Mr Yu Zaiqing, signed the agreement as Witness. IWGA President José Perurena signed on behalf of the International World Games Association. This was preceded by ratification of the contract by the then 37 (now 40) member federations of the IWGA during the Annual General Meeting in 2019.
For those moments when you feel completely stumped, Worldguessr offers a helpful hint feature. This hint won’t give away your exact location, but it will nudge you in the right direction by identifying the general part of the world—such as the continent—where you are. From there, the challenge is yours to explore, observe, and deduce the country, city, and even the town where you’ve been dropped, relying on your own skills to make the final call.
Yang Shen Wei, Head of the Chengdu delegation at The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, USA, introduced China’s ‘happiest city’ with a clear statement: “Chengdu will make every effort to make the Games in 2025 an exceptional and unforgettable sporting event. Let’s gather in Chengdu and cheer for the world.” In his speech during the closing ceremony in Birmingham, he stated: “Chengdu is ready to welcome friends from all over the world. We will deliver a wonderful Games featuring international standards, Chinese style and Chengdu characteristics, so as to jointly write a new chapter in the history of The World Games.”

“Actually felt pretty good,” said Freeman, who will donate his game spikes to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. “The last six days we treated it really well. I’ve been feeling pretty good. Right when I ran out to give high-fives to my teammates, I felt pretty good, because that was the first time I ran all week. So, ankle’s good.”
It started pretty tight and seemed to be an advantage for hitters early on. But both pitchers have also seemingly found an extra inch (or two) on the right side of the plate. It’s a confusing zone, and worth keeping an eye on as the game goes on.

Aaron Judge went 1 for 5 with three strikeouts in Game 1 and is hitting .167/.304/.361 in the postseason. He has largely been a non-factor. Stanton and Soto have carried the offense through 10 games for the Yankees. Stanton hit another big home run in Game 1, though the bullpen could not make it stand up.
“Man,” said manager Dave Roberts after the Dodgers deserted the dugout to greet Freeman at home plate, “it was a great game before that, but the way it finished, I just couldn’t be more excited for our guys.”

Gary D: “The Dodgers have a top four that you can’t pitch around. And they have a long lineup, too. Their relief staff is deep enough so that if one pitcher isn’t having a good night they can bring in four or five other good pitchers. So if their starters pitch well, as they’ve done so far, it’s really tough to beat them. Maybe one or two games, sure, but four is just not too likely.”
How commanding is that lead? In all best-of-seven postseason series, teams taking a 2-0 lead have gone on to win the series 77 of 92 times (84%). Under the current 2-3-2 format, teams winning Games 1 and 2 at home have gone on to take the series 45 of 56 times (80%).
The Dodger Stadium crowd was alive all night — Ice Cube got things started with a quick two-song pregame concert — and then suddenly the crowd hushed over in the bottom of the seventh inning. Shohei Ohtani slid into second base awkwardly on a stolen base attempt, and exited the game with the trainer. He was favoring his left arm. Here’s the play:
