Firstly, take 3 cups of freshly grated coconut into a large Kadai.
Add 2 cup sugar and ½ cup milk to the jar of SFI’s BBG and blend.
Now add the mixture to the kadhai and mix well.
Keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken.
Add 2 tbsp cream.
Continue to cook until the mixture starts to thicken and hold the shape.
Now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
Transfer the prepared mixture to a greased plate lined with baking paper.
Allow it to set
Later unmould and cut into pieces.
Finally, serve coconut burfi!
