Coconut burfi


  • 3 cup coconut (grated)
  • 2 cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder 


  • Firstly, take 3 cups of freshly grated coconut into a large Kadai.
  • Add 2 cup sugar and ½ cup milk to the jar of SFI’s BBG and blend.
  • Now add the mixture to the kadhai and mix well.
  • Keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Add 2 tbsp cream.
  • Continue to cook until the mixture starts to thicken and hold the shape.
  • Now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
  • Transfer the prepared mixture to a greased plate lined with baking paper.
  • Allow it to set
  • Later unmould and cut into pieces.
  • Finally, serve coconut burfi!
